PROGRESSING BALLET TECHNIQUE

Elevate your dance technique with Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), a groundbreaking body conditioning and strengthening program meticulously crafted to enhance proficiency across not only all dance forms but also in the realms of yoga and Pilates. 

PBT's comprehensive program places emphasis on core strength, weight placement, and body alignment through a thoughtfully designed series of exercises.

PBT is not just about skill acquisition; it's a vital tool for injury prevention and rehabilitation, benefiting dancers. Overcoming the challenge of recognising muscles for proper alignment, PBT utilises exercise balls and stretch bands to instil a strong sense of posture and weight placement, influencing improved performance in ballet.

Students are required to have the following equipment for use at home and at the studio:
